What should the audience feel?

Kunkun Visual is an archviz studio in Indonesia and Malaysia, creating photoreal renders, cinematic films, and interactive real-time experiences for developers across the globe.

It starts as one idea.

Then it is built, one block at a time.

Visual branding

We are not a rendering factory. We are a group of people who argue about where the light falls, then build the room around it.

Two offices, three languages, one pipeline. A project can arrive as a single image and leave as a digital twin, and the same eyes stay on it the whole way.

Selected Work

2024, 2026

Selected projects span luxury hospitality, residential launches, and masterplan visioning across Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Zanzibar, and Dubai. Each begins with one question about what the audience should feel, then is delivered as still images, a cinematic film, or an interactive digital twin depending on the sales stage.

Ways to work with us.

Most engagements start in one of three ways: still images for brochures and billboards, a cinematic property film produced over 6–10 weeks, or an interactive KLAY digital twin built in Unreal Engine 5. Every quotation is scoped to the brief, and the three often run as one campaign.

Frequently asked.

Answers to the questions developers and architects ask most before commissioning architectural visualization: what it costs, how long it takes, how a 360° tour differs from a KLAY digital twin, who Kunkun Visual has worked with, and where the studios are. For anything else, the contact form below reaches the studio directly.

Pricing depends on scope: a single still image, a full property film, or an interactive digital twin all carry different production loads. Share your brief and we’ll return a scoped quotation.

Still images run 7–14 working days per image from an approved brief. A cinematic property film of 90–180 seconds runs 6–10 weeks from approved concept to final delivery. Rush timelines are available on request.

The strongest briefs name the audience, the sales stage, and the feeling the project should carry, alongside floor plans, elevations, and material references. Images that show mood and light help most. Kunkun Visual returns a shot list and a production schedule before any rendering begins.

Every quotation states its revision rounds. Still images usually carry two rounds after the first draft. Films take feedback at storyboard, animatic, and final grade. Revisions within the agreed scope are included; anything that changes the approved direction is quoted separately.

Still images carry brochures, billboards, and listing portals, and they move fastest. A cinematic property film earns its cost at launch, when a project needs narrative and emotion to open a market. Interactive KLAY suits sales galleries where buyers explore on their own.

Both studios run one pipeline across Bandung and Kuala Lumpur, so work continues through Southeast Asian hours. Clients in the Gulf, Singapore, and Europe get scheduled reviews, shared reference boards, and a named producer. Most projects need two live calls per milestone.

A 360° tour is a fixed-viewpoint walkthrough. KLAY is a real-time Unreal Engine 5 digital twin, a buyer can move freely and explore live in a browser.

Clients include Zaha Hadid Architects, Keppel Land, Anantara, UEM Sunrise, Sinar Mas Land, and Summarecon, across Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and the Middle East.

Two studios: Jl. Terjun Tandom No. 62, Arcamanik Endah, Bandung 40293, Indonesia, and Menara One Sentrum, Level 20, Jalan Tun Sambanthan, Brickfields, 50470 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Both run on one production pipeline and serve clients across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and beyond.

Best Non-Commissioned Film at the CGarchitect 3D Awards 2025 in Warsaw for Silent Recall; Gold and Platinum at the MUSE Creative Awards 2026; Platinum at the AVA Digital Awards 2026; Gold and Bronze at the Telly Awards 2026; and 1st Winner at the ArchDaily Real-Time Visualization Award 2024 for Cap Karoso.
