In today’s property industry, visualization is no longer just a presentation tool. It has become part of the experience itself. The way buyers understand a project, the way developers review marketing materials, and the way architects evaluate design decisions are all moving toward the same direction: more interactive, more connected, and more real-time.

Responding to this shift, Kunkun Visual officially launches KLAY, a delivery platform designed to bring architectural visualization work across every screen and every audience.
Built around the spirit of “Experience Tomorrow,” KLAY bridges visual storytelling, technology, and real estate decision-making into one connected ecosystem.
From Architectural Visualization to Digital Experience
For years, architectural visualization has primarily existed through still images, films, animations, and static presentations. Those formats remain important, but the market is evolving rapidly. Developers need more flexible ways to present projects. Architects need cleaner review systems. Sales teams need experiences that buyers can instantly understand.
KLAY was built by Kunkun Visual to answer those needs.
The platform connects the artist’s output to architects, developers, and end-buyers through versioned review, role-aware access, and live audience analytics — all organized within a single dashboard for every project we deliver.
KLAY is not simply a place to host visuals. It is a system designed to help every stakeholder review, experience, and understand a project in a more intuitive way.
One Dashboard for Every Project
A property development project often involves many different parties: developers, architects, marketing teams, agencies, investors, and future buyers. Each audience requires different information and different levels of access.

KLAY allows every stakeholder to interact with the project according to their role.
Developers can oversee the full presentation ecosystem. Architects can review the latest visual iterations. Marketing teams can analyze audience engagement. Buyers can explore the project through a more immersive and accessible experience.
By bringing all of these layers together, KLAY simplifies workflows that are usually fragmented across multiple platforms and communication channels.
Cataluna Interactive: A Real-Time Experience for Makassar
One of the interactive solutions delivered through KLAY is Cataluna Interactive, a real-time experience built in Unreal Engine 5 for an upcoming residential tower in Makassar.
Designed as more than a presentation tool, Cataluna Interactive helps users explore the project through five modes, each created for a different stage of understanding and decision-making.
Cinematic Mode introduces the project through an opening cutscene and welcome flow, setting the tone before the exploration begins.
Aerial Mode gives users a wider view of the tower and its surroundings, with floor-level viewing and time-of-day mood switching to understand context, views, and atmosphere.
Curated Browsing offers a guided overview through Gallery, Magazine, and Dollhouse views, making it easier to explore key spaces and layouts in a clear, structured way.
Walkthrough Mode allows users to move through facilities and interiors in first-person perspective, with live mood switching that brings the spaces closer to real experience.
Designer Mode lets users swap furniture and materials in real time, helping them imagine different interior possibilities inside each unit.
Built for Visual Quality and Ease of Use
Across every mode, two things remain constant: strong visual quality and a smooth, intuitive user experience.
For Kunkun Visual, technology should not feel complicated. A digital twin experience should be beautiful, but it should also be simple enough for clients, sales teams, and buyers to use naturally.
The visual quality needs to carry the same standard as our architectural films and imagery. At the same time, the interaction needs to feel effortless. Every button, transition, and viewing mode should support the story, not distract from it.
That balance is what KLAY is built for.
Experience Tomorrow
The launch of KLAY marks a new chapter for Kunkun Visual.
It reflects how we see the future of architectural visualization: not as a single output, but as a connected experience. A project can now be reviewed, presented, explored, and understood through one platform.
With KLAY, visual work becomes more than something to look at. It becomes something people can move through, personalize, and measure.
It helps developers present with more confidence. It helps architects and teams review with more clarity. It helps buyers experience a project before it physically exists.
